These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of BloxxyMart (“BloxxyMart,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), accessible at bloxxymart.com. By placing an order, creating an account, or otherwise using this site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use BloxxyMart.
1. Who We Are

2. Not Affiliated with Roblox
BloxxyMart is an independent marketplace and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected to Roblox Corporation or the developers of any game referenced on this site, including but not limited to Grow a Garden, Blox Fruits, Murder Mystery 2, Adopt Me, Steal a Brainrot, or Pet Simulator. All trademarks, game names, and logos belong to their respective owners.
3. Eligibility
You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use BloxxyMart. If you are under the age required by your local law to consent to online purchases without a guardian, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and approved your use of this site and any purchases made through it.
4. Orders, Pricing, and Delivery
- You are responsible for providing an accurate Roblox username at checkout. BloxxyMart is not responsible for items delivered to an incorrect account due to information you provided.
- Prices displayed are inclusive of all charges unless otherwise stated at checkout. No hidden fees are added after you complete your purchase.
- Delivery is carried out by a live support agent, not an automated bot. After checkout, an agent will contact you, typically within 60 seconds, to coordinate delivery inside Roblox via a private server.
- Estimated delivery time is under 60 seconds on average but is not guaranteed and may vary based on stock, demand, or technical issues.
- Stock and pricing are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or technical error in listed pricing.
5. Payment Methods
Accepted payment methods will be displayed at checkout once payments are enabled on this site.
6. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
- Because items are delivered digitally and instantly inside Roblox, all sales are final once an item has been successfully delivered and you have confirmed receipt.
- If delivery fails for any reason on our end, you are entitled to a full refund within 24 hours of the failed delivery being reported to our support team. No additional questions or conditions apply to this category of refund.
- If you change your mind before delivery has taken place, contact support immediately. Orders may be cancelled and refunded in full if delivery has not yet started.
- We do not offer refunds for issues arising from your own Roblox account after an item has been delivered (for example, account bans, suspensions, or restrictions applied by Roblox Corporation). These cases may be reviewed individually by our support team at our discretion, but a refund is not guaranteed.

7. Account and Platform Risk
Roblox Corporation’s own Terms of Use restrict the exchange of Robux, items, or in-game currency for real-world money outside of Roblox’s official systems. By using BloxxyMart, you acknowledge and accept that this carries inherent risk to your Roblox account, including possible moderation action, suspension, or termination by Roblox Corporation. BloxxyMart is not responsible for, and cannot reverse, any action taken against your Roblox account by Roblox Corporation as a result of using our service.
8. Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
- Use BloxxyMart for any unlawful purpose, or in violation of any applicable law in your jurisdiction.
- Attempt to defraud BloxxyMart or any of our agents, including through chargebacks made in bad faith after an item has been successfully delivered and confirmed.
- Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the security or operation of this site.
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
9. Grievance Redressal
If you have a complaint about your order or about content on this site, please contact us at bloxxymart@gmail.com. We aim to acknowledge complaints promptly and resolve them in a reasonable timeframe.
10. Limitation of Liability
BloxxyMart is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BloxxyMart and its agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site, including but not limited to loss of access to your Roblox account, loss of virtual items, or loss of data.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BloxxyMart and its agents from any claim, demand, loss, or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the service, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
12. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be considered severable from the remaining provisions, and the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or in applicable law. Continued use of BloxxyMart after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
